The first time we did the sponge bath with Owen, he didn't like it. But now, he loves getting a bath :) He got his first official 'bath' in the kitchen sink today (he was almost 5 weeks). We took a few pictures of him in his bathing seat and afterwards! He didn't feel the need to shower mommy his first bath, but since then he has at least once. Something I am quite used to at this point. ;-)

I resist the urge to give him a bath everyday, but he definitely doesn't need it. He gets to enjoy them about twice a week for now! Once he gets a little more active, then he will need it and be in the tub.
